David Gemmill

David obtained a bachelor of science from Wilfred Laurier University before graduating from the bachelor of laws (LLB) program at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972.  For the last 35 years, David has engaged in civil and criminal litigation while maintaining a strong general practice in Lindsay Ontario.   David has also served the local legal community through prosecutorial appointments to the provincial government for criminal code matters and the federal government for drug offences.  David continues to serve as the President of the Victoria/Haliburton Bar Association.
